Playhouse on the Green can be rented for meetings, special events, or parties.

Services available to Renters:

Parking

  • There is a free and secured parking lot one block from the theater.

    • Sound

  • Please check back for sound specs.

    • Lights

  • Please check back for lighting specs.

    • Dressing Rooms

  • 3 dressing rooms: 2 dressing rooms can accommodate 4-6 per dressing room; 1 “star” dressing room is appropriate for a single person. Each dressing room has separate bathroom including shower.

    Laundry Facilities

  • Washer and dryer available on premises.

    • Bar Service

  • Playhouse On The Green can provide a cash bar. Playhouse provides stock and personnel and retains the proceeds.

    Daily Rental:

    Commercial Rate - $2,200.00
    Non-Profit Rate - $1,500

  • In-house sound equipment
  • Sound technician
  • In-house lighting equipment
  • Lighting technician
  • House Manager (required)
  • Regular cleaning

    • Additional Rates:

    Follow spots

  • Commercial Rate - $100 per unit per performance
  • Non-Profit Rate - $100 per unit per performance

    • Kawai upright piano rental (includes tuning)

  • Non-Profit Rate - $200
